Founder & Principal
Steve brings over three decades of international experience and expertise across hospitality, real estate, and institutional capital markets. From leading global development and capital strategy at one of the world's largest hotel companies, to building investment platforms and serving on numerous public and private boards, Steve now channels that depth into a more intentional, relationship-first model at Bare Hill.
Elleke Haggerty
Principal
Elleke's early career spanned international hospitality, wellness and consulting across Asia and Europe. She founded Ellespa, voted Hong Kong's favourite day spa in its first year of operation, before choosing to step back and focus on raising four children. Parenting, in her view, is not a pause from a meaningful life — it is one of the most meaningful things a person can do. During those years she remained deeply engaged, both in leadership roles in her community and as an advocate for financial literacy, particularly among women and underserved cohorts. She brings that same intentionality to Bare Hill, where her expertise in financial planning sits within a broader belief: that financial wellbeing is a critical component of holistic wellness — not separate from how we live, but central to it.
